Mr. Ronald Lim is the author of the Philippine Condotel Concept. The Condotel concept gives condominium unit owners the option of enrolling their units in the Hotel Rental Pool to be operated as hotel rooms. This ensures that Lancaster Suites owners with units in the Hotel Rental Pool can earn competitive rental income even while they are abroad.
